The AI-5 PRO
fusion splicing machine uses an upgraded 6-motor
core alignment system that allows fast 8s splice time and 18s heat time, delivering a 50% increase in work efficiency compared to ordinary machines.
It supports about 160 splice/heat cycles per charge, helping engineers save significant working time.
Core Alignment Technology
Equipped with advanced six-motor core alignment and real-time ARC calibration, providing more precise splicing with lower splice loss. Typical splice loss: 0.02 dB (SM), 0.01 dB (MM), 0.04 dB (DS/NZDS). The unique lighting design also ensures precision during night construction or emergency repairs.
3-in-1 Fiber Holder
The versatile fiber holder supports a wider range of fibers including SMF (G.652), MMF (G.651), DSF (G.653), NZ-DSF (G.655), and BIF (G.657). It is suitable for bare fiber, pigtail, jumper, drop cable, and even invisible fiber. Cladding diameter range: 80–150 μm.
Clear LCD & Optimized Battery Life
Features a 5-inch TFT high-resolution color display, providing 320× magnification (X or Y single display) and 160× magnification (X+Y dual display).
The built-in 5200 mAh high-capacity lithium battery features an improved charging time ≤ 3.0 hours, supporting about 160 splice/heat cycles.
Intelligent Interaction
Supports Bluetooth 4.2 connection with mobile APP for smart management, enabling data synchronization and remote record viewing. The USB 2.0 interface can connect external LED lights or charge mobile devices, making field work more efficient.
